About Pat

Pat has been starting people in new careers and solving client's staffing needs for over 25 years. He started with Technical Aid Corporation back in 1988 as a Technical Recruiter placing Engineers, Designers, and other Technical disciplines on contract and contract to permanent assignments. Over 15 years with TAC he held positions as Account Executive, Branch Manager, and Area Sales Manager. After TAC he spent a couple years as an Area Vice President for an Information Technology staffing company called AETEA Information Technology. Then 4 years with Ameri-Force Inc. where he managed the startup of their Professional Services division called SyCom Services. After SyCom, he joined IntePros Federal as Director of Resource Management. There he managed recruitment operations of high level IT Talent supporting DOD and government clients such as the Pentagon and FAA.

About Kirsten

Kirsten began her career as a Technical Recruiter in Boston which evolved into a Recruiter Training position. As a trainer, she utilized her industry knowledge to develop a training program for a recruiting/sales software as well as conducting the training classes for the nationwide rollout. During her travels she met her husband and settled in Maryland where she spent the next several years homeschooling their two boys. She reentered the workforce as a Home Hospital Teacher but has now returned to her recruiting roots. Utilizing her knowledge and experience to help candidates reach their potential and clients find excellent managers provides a truly rewarding and satisfying career.
