"Connecting people with great careers is my passion - there's nothing better than helping someone get with a great, growing company where they can shine, grow, and above all else be even more successful than where they are now."
- Brian KlickConnect With Brian:
My philosophy is simple — communicate, act with integrity, and always be professional. So many candidates out there will talk with a recruiter that says they are going to help them out and that's the last time that candidate will ever hear from that recruiter — I know from experience — and that's not how I work. Working with a recruiter to find the right match is more than a 5 minute phone call — it's a process from start to finish and one where I will be there every step of the way.
I tell my candidates the pros and cons of each job with each company, and above all else I want to be sure it's a great match — both for the company, and the candidate. A job change is never anything to take lightly, and I want to make sure the decision to do so is the right one. It's never just about the money or the job title — it's a life changing decision, and we always have to respect that.
I've assembled an incredibly talented team of recruiters that live this philosophy every day. Whether you are working with myself, or Bret Kelly, we will maintain the highest level of integrity and do our best to get you not just a job, but a career you will love.
